Order placement and confirmation
Placing your order could not be easier, once you have decided on the product [s] you require, place them in the basket, choose a payment method, move to check out which will automatically calculate the delivery charges and subsequently be added to the total. Once payment has been received this then enters both buyer and seller into a transaction with www.warriorseskrima.com (FMA equipment supplies) and we will do our utmost to fulfil this order to the service levels you have every right to expect.
Payment Method
We do not accept currencies other than UK pounds Sterling unless a credit card is used for payment which allows automatic exchange rate to take place, we accept all major debit/credit cards along with safe on line PayPal transactions which need to be completed in full before despatch of any items, all payments will be processed in full before merchandise items are released.
Quotations
All our online prices are inclusive of VAT and accurate at the time of advertisement, quoted in pounds sterling, exclusive of import tax outside of the UK and some areas including but not exhaustive such as Northern Ireland, channel Islands, Isle of man and some Scottish highland areas which could be subject to further delivery costs not quoted, in these instances we apologise in advance, but will not process the order and advise you further on import or delivery charges.
All orders are valid at the time of placement, to which we reserve the right to refuse any order without reason including but not limited to errors occurring at the checkout, in this instance although rare we reserve that right to postpone or cancel the transaction until such a time we confirm with you the buyer you would like to complete or cancel your order at the adjusted costs.
Shipping
Despatch of all products will be within five working days to the address on the order after receipt of full payment subject to stock availability, with all shipping carried out by the UK postal services or an appropriate courier to the UK mainland only, international orders will be by UK postal services and the postal service of the respective country that products are to be delivered to.
