Returns Policy & Procedure
You have the right to cancel without reason up to 14 days of the order being received, in which case we will refund the full cost of any item[s] properly returned by you including the original delivery charges but excluding the costs of returning the product to us. Goods must be returned immediately at your own risk in the same condition they were received including original intact packaging so products can returned to stock.
If an item is of unsatisfactory quality, faulty or not as described you can reject that item with a full refund including carriage for up to 30 days. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession until they have been successfully returned to us.
If you wish to exchange a product with another of equal value, a return delivery charge will be added to cover the post and packaging costs payable by the customer.
If you require any product to be returned please start this procedure with an email to KGodhania@aol.com titled return with your name address and item[s] you wish to send back, along with a full description of the reasons for the returning the products, this will generate an email from FMA equipment supplies to discuss product issues. We will refund any cost in the same method you used to purchase your products when all items are satisfactorily received.
